Core Yoga (Level 2)
45 minutes/ 95 degrees
Move to upbeat music as we strength train in yoga postures and explore arm balances. This class is designed to re–energize, boost your metabolism and
build muscle in a short 45 min session (no weights).
Men wear shorts, T-shirt is optional. Women wear shorts or leggings and a tank or bra top. Bring a mat, towel and water.
Be prepared to sweat. (a change of clothes for after class is recommended)
