Align breath and movement during an energizing series of postures. Classes are designed to fit into a busy lifestyle while also leaving students feeling strong, flexible, and grounded. The instructor will offer safe modifications and options to beginner and advanced yogis as needed. A fun, hot express class set to music with a beat! 45 minutes of yoga will fly by!
Men wear shorts, T-shirt is optional. Women wear shorts or leggings and a tank or bra top. Bring a mat, towel and water. Be prepared to sweat. (a change of clothes for after class may be needed depending on how hard you worked -or where you are going!)
