This practice can be helpful to anyone who is wanting to create a sense of ease and joy in daily life and is especially beneficial to those in need of quality sleep. Yoga Nidra can help you to feel rested and restored. Yoga Nidra is practiced in stillness and can have a calming effect.
During this relaxed state it is normal for your body to drop in temperature. The heat will be turned off and the room will stay nice and warm.
