Join Stephanie every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for 15min of breath work, followed by a journal prompt to start your day and focus on until the next class.
A month-long journey to unlock the imagination and tap into recesses of the body we often forget. We will use the breath to travel the physical body to find places we spend too much time, and places we may not go to enough. Learn how to braid the mind, breath, and spirit together so your heart can support your vision in whatever season of life you are in.
